Refund Policy
Our refund policy lasts for 5 days only. If your product has crossed the 5 days of the purchase, unfortunately, we will not exchange or refund.
The refund is only offered to products which are not damaged and are in the same condition as the user receives them.
There are some goods which are exempted from the refund and exchange. Perishable goods like food, magazines, rings, and jewelry (as they are customized according to the size of the user) do not come under the refund and exchange policy. We do not accept goods that are exchanged by the user in place of fake products.
To complete the refund, we do require the receipt of the product purchased.
There are some cases where only a partial refund is initiated, such as:
- Books with some signs of use
- Any item that is original but some of its parts are damaged or missing
- Items returned after 5 days of receiving them
Refund
Once we receive the refund request, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will tell you the approval or the rejection of the refund.
If the return is approved, the return amount will be processed and credited directly to the original mode of payment.
Late or missing refund
If you haven’t received the refund, check your bank account and contact your credit card company. Sometimes the refund takes some time to be posted in detail. Again, check your bank account. If you have done all these things and still have not gotten your refund, then contact Astrologer Rahul Sharma.
Sale items
The items in the sale are not covered under the refund policy.
Exchange
We only exchange items which are defective and damaged. If you want to exchange the same, please send us an email.
Shipping
Generally, it takes 7-10 days to deliver the order to your doorstep.
Users must return their product by themselves to our address. Users will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for the returned item.
If the user is shipping an item worth more than 10,000, we advise using a tracking option. We do not guarantee that we will receive your product.
Shipping Policy in India:
We provide free shipping all over India. We deliver the products through courier services like DTDC, Blue Dart, etc. The user does not have to pay any shipping cost; everything is included when the product is purchased.
Shipping Policy outside India:
International shipping takes 30-35 days. If we encounter a problem while shipping the product, we refund the amount within 40-45 days (applicable for international shipping).
